Volume Estimation Application

This software is designed for volume estimation based on sets of object slices provided by scanners. Primarily used in medical imaging, it enables accurate volume calculations for brain tumors using MRI and CT scans. Additionally, the application supports volume estimation for tumors in the breast, chest, liver, and other organs. Its versatility also makes it suitable for applications beyond medicine, such as in geology.

Thanks to its open input/output format interfaces, the program easily integrates with custom file formats and facilitates seamless data exchange with existing software solutions.
